Therefore, we are a member of the Business Social Compliance Initiative (amfori BSCI), together with 2400 other organizations based in 40 countries. The aim of amfori BSCI is to improve the conditions for employees in terms of labor and human rights as per international agreed standards. Amfori is organizing independent audits in all production countries. During the audit, the factories will be checked based on 13 Performance Areas. The Performance Areas are covering:  Social management & workplace, employee well-being and fair practices, protection of vulnerable workers and ethical practices including protection of the environment.
