If you would like to return (a part of) your order, we offer a return period of 30 days. The return form and DHL return label are included in the package. You can return your order for free via a DHL service point. Please make sure to attach the return label on top of your shipment address. If the return form or return label is not included in the package, please contact our customer service. In case you wish to use a different return shipping method, the costs are for your account.

In case you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact our customer service. If you prefer to exchange it for another item, we would like to advise you to place a new order. You will receive the new order within 3-4 working days.
Products must be returned undamaged with the labels still attached, not worn or washed. After the return shipment has been approved upon arrival, you will receive an email confirming that the amount will be refunded within 14 days on the original method of payment.

Our products are carefully composed and of high quality. However, it might be possible that there is a manufacturing defect in the product. In case of a manufacturing defect in the product, please contact us immediately via mail and attach a picture to your message including the manufacturing defect. Please note that we must be informed within a reasonable timeframe after discovery if received products are defective or damaged. When a product is damaged or shows manufacturing defects upon receipt, we will check if we can exchange the item. If we cannot exchange the item, you can return the defective or damaged product to us with the DHL return label that is included in the package. If you did not receive the return label, please contact our customer service. After the return shipment has been approved upon arrival, you will receive an email confirming that the amount will be refunded within a few days on the original method of payment. If you have an issue or complaint about a product that you have purchased in a store, we recommend that you contact the relevant store. You could also submit a complaint via the Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) Platform established by the European Commission. The ODR Platform can be found at: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/
Returned products are not accepted if the valid return number is missing;
The products are under your responsibility until they are received in our warehouse;
All goods are inspected upon arrival in our warehouse. Products must be returned undamaged with the labels still attached, not worn or washed;
If products are damaged or in an unacceptable condition, this may result in deductions from your refund due to the lost value of the product;
NO EXCESS reserves the right to refuse return shipments that have been registered or sent outside of the stipulated period or items of clothing that are not in the same condition as they were sent.
