About No Excess

No Excess is an established Dutch menswear developed 35 years ago from the idea that every man can look stylish, without losing sight of comfort. You will work in a team of experienced purchasing, production and styling staff, where legislation and sustainability are part of purchasing. After an introductory period, you will be jointly responsible for the quality and administrative processing of our items produced in the Far East and Europe. This way the products are delivered by the manufacturers in accordance with the requirements of our customers. A versatile and challenging position.

 

What will you do?

- Review samples at various stages of production for fit, look and workmanship;

- Monitor and maintain product and production information in the ERP/PDM system (It's Perfect);

- Support purchasing, production and styling in various work activities;

- Communicate with colleagues, suppliers and purchasing offices in the Far East;

- Reviewing and administrative processing of care labels and tags, among others;

- Follow up on sustainability certificates;

- Requesting, collecting and processing webshop samples.

 

Your profile

- Completed relevant education;

- MBO/HBO working and thinking level, at least 2 years of work experience in a similar position;

- Ability to operate independently, proactively and innovatively;

- Good commercial and communication skills;

- Good knowledge of the English language;

- You can work with Excel, ERP and/or PDM systems and are open to developments in this area.
