We’re looking for a brand activator. Someone who knows how to turn brand identity, commerce and community into activations that people actually feel. From idea to execution, from showroom to social: you bring our brand to life.

No Excess is a Dutch menswear brand with international ambition. Since 1988, we’ve been combining technical quality with comfort and style. From our HQ in Amsterdam, we create collections and campaigns for over 20 countries. With ambassadors like Gregory Sedoc and Rafael van der Vaart, and partnerships with Go Ahead Eagles and SC Cambuur, our brand is growing — and so is our team.

 

About the role

No day is the same, but everything revolves around one mission: turning ideas into visible, creative and commercial results.

As Brand & Activation Manager, you're the driving force behind our campaigns, content productions, events and showroom experience. You bring structure, rhythm and consistency. You'll work closely with marketing, sales and e-commerce, and ensure that ideas turn into tangible impact.

 

Your responsibilities

Brand campaigns & activations

  • Set up brand campaigns, drops and key commercial moments
  • From concept to execution, including 360° rollout
  • Guard the brand identity and tone-of-voice

PR, influencers & partnerships

  • Initiate collaborations with creators and influencers
  • Manage press relations, seeding strategies and PR agencies
  • Coordinate press events and brand activations

Content production, events & trade fairs

  • Plan and lead shoots, productions and brand events
  • Brief photographers, stylists and video teams
  • Contribute to showroom experience and international events
  • Support brand ambassadors like Sedoc & Van der Vaart
  • Coordinate presence at fairs like Pitti Uomo

Internal planning & coordination

  • Manage the central marketing calendar
  • Align campaigns with retail kits, seasonal drops and B2B support
  • Collect customer insights and translate them into actions

Brand consistency & quality control

  • Monitor planning, creative output and execution
  • Ensure consistency across all brand channels
  • Evaluate activations on visibility and commercial performance

 

What you bring

  • 1–3 years of experience in branding, activations or content production
  • Strong projectmanagement skills and full ownership from A to Z
  • A keen eye for visuals, timing and brand consistency
  • Creative and commercial mindset
  • Structured and independent way of working

 

You understand that branding is about more than visibility. You know how to connect campaigns to commercial goals and how to turn stories into brand loyalty. You create experiences that connect on the shop floor, online, and in people’s minds.
