What is the status of my order?
You will receive information regarding the status of your order by email during the shipment process. You can also log in to your account and check the status of your order in "My orders".
When will my order be sent?
We try to ship packages within 24 hours after placing the order, except for weekends and public holidays. After your order has been sent, you will receive a track & trace number via e-mail. With the track & trace number, you can track your package to your front door.
Where can I recieve my order?
We do offer the possibility to send your order to your home address or your work address. Delivery to a PO box address, collection point or an address abroad is not possible.
Can I change the delivery address of my order?
Unfortunately, once your package has been sent, we cannot change the delivery address. Imagine that you find out shortly after placing your order that your address is incorrect, we advise you to call ( +31 20 - 658 7610) to see what we can do for you!
How can I monitor my order?
The moment your package is sent, you will receive an email from us with a Track & Trace code with which you can track your order online. Please note: the Track & Trace code only works once your package has arrived at the post office.
When will my order be delivered?
Your package will usually be delivered within 3-4 working days.
What are the delivery charges?
For orders over € 50, you do not have to pay shipping costs (including any deducted discounts).
For orders under € 50, these are for your account: € 4.95.

Unfortunately, this can happen and we find that very inconvenient. In this case, it is possible that the package has been delivered to the neighbors and that the delivery person has forgotten to put a note in your letterbox. If this is not the case, please contact our customer service.
