How can I return a product?
In case you would like to return ( a part of) your order, we do offer a return period of 14 days. The return costs are for your account. Send the package to:

Can I exchange a product?
Unfortunately, we cannot exchange your returned products. If you still would like to order a different size, colour or product, you can place a new order in our webshop. 
When will I recieve the amount I paid for the returned products?
Products must be returned undamaged with the labels still attached. 
After the return shipment has been approved upon arrival, you will receive an email confirming that the amount will be refunded within 14 days on the original method of payment.
What should I do if the incorrect amount had been refunded?
Please contact our customer service department. We will try to solve this for you as quickly as possible.

How do I return a defective product?
Our products are carefully composed and are of high quality. However, it might be possible that there is a manufacturing defect in the product. In case of a manufacturing defect in the product, please contact us immediately and attach a picture to your message. Please note that we must be informed within a reasonable timeframe after discovery if received products are defective or damaged. You can return the defective or damaged product to us at our expense by completing the return form.

Please send a copy of the receipt, including track & trace code and the return number of the package to webshop@no-excess.com. After the return shipment has been approved upon arrival, you will receive an email confirming that the amount will be refunded within a few days on the original method of payment. 

If you have an issue or complaint about a product that you have purchased in a store, we recommend that you contact the relevant store.

You could also submit a complaint via the Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) Platform established by the European Commission. The ODR Platform can be found at: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/ 
Return conditions
  • Returned products are not accepted if the valid return number is missing;
  • The products are under your responsibility until they are received in our warehouse;
  • All goods are inspected upon arrival in our warehouse. Products must be returned undamaged with the labels still attached;
  • If products are damaged or in an unacceptable condition, this may result in deductions from your refund due to the lost value of the product;
  • NO EXCESS reserves the right to refuse return shipments that have been registered or sent outside of the stipulated period or items of clothing that are not in the same condition as they were sent.
